FREE SHIPPING

If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised, you qualify for free shipping. Please select the "Free Shipping" option at checkout. This offer is valid for orders being shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and is not valid to Alaska or Hawaii. The free shipping method will ship via USPS with shipping speeds ranging from 1 to 10 business days. These shipping speeds are estimates and are not guaranteed. Free shipping options are not available for pro, team, retail, & group sales.

USA - PRIORITY MAIL/FIRST CLASS MAIL SHIPPING

The estimated delivery time provided on our website by the United States Postal Service is an expected delivery time, however it is not guaranteed. Due to COVID-19, we've noticed that USPS rarely honors proper ship times.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We are dedicated to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner. At Solid State Hockey, we ship all orders on the next business day from when the order has been placed if product is in stock. All Overnight or 2-Day express orders must be placed before 3:30pm EST to be shipped out that day. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will provide you with estimated delivery dates. Once the order has been completed and fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number that will also contain tracking information and other shipping updates.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
